The RW Agency (ROYAL WARRIORS AGENCY) is a real estate brokerage company whose philosophy and ideology was born as a form of modern representation of medieval times when kings sent members of their personal guard (royal warriors) to protect a messenger or a member of royalty until their destination. We believe that a new approach is needed so that finally people can rely on just one advisor for all their real estate business during their lifetime.

At RW the practical, interactive and extremely realistic training. Our agents are not prepared with weekend theoretical trainings or participate in purely motivational events to keep them deluded as to their true motivations. RW warriors do not need to be motivated, all their decisions are made in integrity with their human essence, so RW does not use motivational events to keep morale up, who should do it is every agent in your life.

We're a tribe of warriors scattered across the country whose focus isn't on being No. 1 in absolutely anything, we just want to be elite professionals hard to match. RW's recruitment processes are extremely judicious and focused on choosing and identifying only people with a fighting spirit and very human, previous professional experience is irrelevant in our candidates.
